Hope Rohrbach joined the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation in 2022. As digital associate, Hope works across teams to oversee the coordination and scheduling of social content and daily upkeep of the Foundation’s social media profiles. She leads the Foundation’s defensive monitoring, response protocols, and social listening efforts to expand the Foundation’s online audiences and strengthen the overall brand.
Thanks to an internship with Clean Lakes Alliance, her passion for digital communications was quickly ignited as she helped the nonprofit develop digital first communications strategies for campaigns addressing water quality issues. In 2017 Hope joined The Campaign Workshop, an issue advocacy agency, as a marketing manager where she was responsible for managing their digital content calendar and helping nonprofits pick the best digital tactics to meet their goals. Most recently, Hope served as a digital associate at TIME’S UP, a gender justice nonprofit. At TIME’S UP, Hope ran point on all social and email communications working to amplify the organization’s programmatic work and mobilize people to take action to build safe, equitable, and dignified workplace for all women.
Hope graduated with distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology and Environmental Studies.
