Ali Michalowski joined RWJF in November of 2022 and assists program staff in carrying out administrative and program-related duties, and enjoys supporting program projects like Global Lunch and Learns, summarizing presentations, as well as creating a Long Covid Lunch and Learn with a colleague. She brings administrative expertise, as well as lived and learned public health experience.
Ali previously worked in a management position in her County’s Health Department COVID-19 Vaccine clinics. She is motivated by the work of the Foundation and its impact on creating positive health structures and supports. Prior, she taught English in Spain to further her language skills and ability to communicate effectively and also served as an executive assistant for many years.
Ali received a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Medicine and Society from Virginia Tech. She is currently in a Masters of Public Health Program at George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
Born in Virginia, Ali now resides in Washington, D.C. Active in her community, she coaches a “Girls on the Run'' program at a local elementary school, volunteers as a member of the Medical Reserve Corps, and enjoys baking, traveling, and nature.
