Nick Fabiani joined the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation in 2023. In his role on the Brand team, Nick is responsible for maintaining the Foundation’s visual identity.
Nick brings a wealth of strategic communications, creative storytelling, and brand design experience to this role. He previously served as a design director at a survey research start-up, as art director for an award-winning experiential design firm, and as a designer and digital strategist in philanthropy, nonprofits, and federal politics. He has a Bachelors of Arts degree in political communications from the School of Media and Public Affairs at the George Washington University.
Nick has a long-standing commitment to serving in the community. He previously served on the board of the DC chapter of AIGA, the professional association of graphic design. In that role, he served as executive director of DC Design Week, a celebration of arts and design in the district. He currently serves as chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the New Haven Port Authority.
Nick lives in a historic home in New Haven, Conn., with his wife, daughter, and two cats. In his free time, Nick is an avid but amateur photographer who can be found exploring Connecticut.
