Sharon E. Krauss
Director, Board Management and Law Department Operations
Sharon E. Krauss joined the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation in 1979 as secretary in the Research and Evaluation unit. In 1983 she was promoted to administrative assistant to the vice president, general counsel and secretary, and in 1999 to administrative coordinator of the Law department.
Sharon manages all the daily operations of the Law department. She also is responsible for the preparation and distribution of materials for all meetings of the Board of Trustees and most of its committees; in that role, she has led the implementation of a new Board portal, a software system that allows the Trustees to securely access Board materials and collaborate with each other electronically. Sharon also serves as a notary public.
Sharon received an AAS from Middlesex County College. Born in New Jersey, she and her husband live in Old Bridge, N.J. They have one adult son.
