Amy joined RWJF in 2022 with more than a decade of executive-level human resources and talent management experience. As a key member of the Foundation’s leadership team, she is responsible for developing and executing a progressive talent strategy in alignment with the vision, values, and Guiding Principles of the Foundation, and in support of its overall strategic direction.
Previously, as the vice president of people strategies at United Way Worldwide, she rebuilt the People Strategies, Talent & Board Engagement department to better serve the organization internally and externally. She also developed and implemented new onboarding programming and a parental leave policy, prioritized employee engagement and organizational development, and built a staff council to advocate for staff with organizational leadership on large initiatives. As the director of talent capacity at UWW, she built a talent management strategy to support the United Way network, putting people at the center.
Amy received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and Bachelor of Science from King’s College. She also has her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI, the premier credentialing and learning organization for the human resources profession, as well as her Senior Certified Professional (SCP) and California Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR-CA) certifications from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), the foremost expert, convener, and thought leader on issues impacting today’s evolving workplaces.
Amy grew up in northeastern Pennsylvania and is currently living in the tri-state area.
