Tom Andruszewski has been employed at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation in Princeton, New Jersey, since 1999. Tom is especially interested in records and information management as it relates to philanthropy and nonprofits. Tom excels at providing electronic information resources in support of the Foundation’s hybrid work model.
Previously, Tom held different positions in support of the Foundation’s program work, primarily in public health. Before relocating to New Jersey, Tom worked for nonprofits addressing public health issues, including tobacco control and childhood lead prevention, in San Francisco.
Tom received a Bachelor’s Degree majoring in history and a Master of Library and Information Science, both from Rutgers University. Tom is also certified in retention program development by ARMA International.
