This Call for Information (CFI) specifically looks for evaluators that could be a good partner for the programming within RWJF’s Healthy Communities (HC) strategic portfolio. The Healthy Communities team is working to ensure that everyone can live in a healthy community—a place that is safe, promotes health with access to parks and recreation, provides good educational opportunities, where people have access to jobs with fair pay, and can live in a safe, stable, affordable home with freedom from discrimination, without fear of eviction or displacement, and with hope for their community, their children, and their future. HC mainly focuses on the Community Development system to achieve the long-term goals of creating healthy and equitable communities for all and organizes its work around three main topics: Equitable Community Development Practices and Policy; Law and Government; Mindset and Narratives. The team’s work emphasizes low-income and communities of color, small and midsize cities, and rural communities because they often experience the greatest disinvestment, deepest challenges associated with opportunities for social mobility, and culmination of conditions that lead to poor health. See the Call for Information for further details.
To be considered, your organization must be based in the United States or its territories.
