A video component should support the display of videos on the site. All videos will live on Youtube and there will need to be pause/play controls according to the style guide for accessibility. Content editors and developers should be able to override Youtube information. The video component should play inline upon play. The content author would be able to pick a thumbnail for the video out of the thumbnails provided by YouTube.
