The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation funds wide array of research and initiatives to help address some of America’s most pressing health challenges.

We award most funding through targeted calls for proposals connected with our grant programs, which explain program objectives, eligibility criteria and the activities we will fund. In addition, we continually accept brief proposals for funding of new and creative approaches to building a Culture of Health.

Our current funding opportunities are listed below. If you have questions, view our Grant FAQs, or contact our Office of Proposal Management via email or at (877) 843-RWJF (7953), Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time.
