Communications

Senior Communications Officer

To achieve our vision, the Communications department is seeking communication officers at all levels to lead us in developing and implementing communications strategies. Collaborating with portfolio/team directors of our various focus areas, communications officers are strategic partners who support the objectives of the team/portfolio through the design and implementation of those strategies.

Program Financial Management

Program Financial Analyst

The program financial analyst is an integral position within the program finance staff. This individual supports varied and complex duties and assignments that support the senior manager of program financial management in the full range of his/her responsibilities. These responsibilities are both department specific and involve the shared program finance agenda driven by the Program Finance leadership team. The program financial analyst role requires outcomes that are defined, but where methods and procedures may vary based upon professional judgment or precedent, and involves duties and assignments with some latitude for un-reviewed action; conferring with supervisor on unusual matters; coordinating with others on projects; acting in advisory capacity to assigned program management teams and portfolios on financial matters; and providing technical financial assistance to grantees, contractors and national program offices.

Research-Evaluation-Learning

Program Associate

The Foundation seeks a program associate to support and enhance our work to build a Culture of Health. The program associate will scan the field for cutting edge ideas and emerging trends; conduct background research and interviews to understand new developments in the field; network with and connect key experts, grantees and applicants; support program officers in their program development, management, and learning tasks; help to design and implement new initiatives; address and triage requests from applicants; assist in the effective facilitation of team activities; review and evaluate proposals; and monitor existing programs and grants.
