Program Portfolios

Relationship Manager

The relationship manager will serve a strategic role in advancing and synthesizing relationship coordination across the Foundation, with an emphasis on relationships relating to the Foundations work to address disparities and to engage the business sector. Working closely with Foundation portfolio directors, the relationship manager will identify actions and opportunities to leverage the Foundation’s reputational, programmatic, and financial assets to support the priorities and vision of the Foundation. The relationship manager will facilitate coordination across the Foundation to develop strategies, identify and leverage investments to achieve greater impact. The relationship manager will convene staff as appropriate to ensure strong coordination and information sharing.

Senior Learning Officer

The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation seeks an innovative, curious thinker and dynamic leader to serve as key architect for the Foundation’s learning strategy. The senior learning officer will drive the design, implementation, and stewardship of a comprehensive and integrated approach to learning and continuous improvement at the Foundation. S/he will curate a broad set of platforms and opportunities to ensure that foundation staff, grantees, and the broader RWJF community are using new and existing information dynamically to make better decisions, respectfully challenge and vet each other’s ideas, and take calculated risks in the pursuit of greater impact and with the ultimate goal of building a Culture of Health in the United States.
