Disclaimer: Reports included in this directory meet the following criteria: use performance measurement data based on nationally recognized measurement sets for quality of care in inpatient or outpatient settings; include measures for process of care, outcome of care, cost, efficiency, patient safety, utilization or patient experience; make reports publicly available without fee or subscription; and include comparative information for facilities or providers in a defined location, with the exception of the national resources. Please note that in some cases reports cover multiple states. For example, a report from a New York-based organization may be applicable to the state of New Hampshire.
