Getting Out the Word About What Works for Managing Chronic Diseases
The BMJ Publishing Group produced three special journal issues devoted to information on chronic disease management and mailed them to subscribers and a select list of health care professionals.
These issues contained a number of articles presenting results of funded health care quality-improvement projects funded by RWJF.
BMJ (formerly the British Medical Journal) published two special issues covering the theme of chronic disease.
- Vol. 323, issue 7319, October 27, 2001.
- Vol. 325, issue 7370, October 26, 2002.
The third special issue covering chronic disease was in WJM (the Western Journal of Medicine, now defunct), vol. 175, no. 5, November 2001 issue.
