Roger S. Fine, JD, was elected chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation in July 2012, effective January 2013. He has been a member of the Board since January 2010.
Fine retired as corporate vice president and general counsel of Johnson & Johnson (J&J) after a 30-year career with the company. He served as a member of the J&J Executive Committee.
Fine is immediate past chairman of the board of the Foundation of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He is chairman of the board of trustees of the Child Health Institute of New Jersey, which is an arm of the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Fine is chairman of the Foundation Venture Capital Group of the New Jersey Health Foundation. He is a trustee of Ohr Torah Stone Institutions of Israel, which is a network of educational institutions of both lower and higher learning in Israel. He is a former member of the board of trustees of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and a former member of the board of directors of Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. He currently serves as general partner at Windham Venture Partners, a venture capital firm.
A graduate of Columbia University, Fine earned his law degree from New York University School of Law.
