RWJF developed the following writing guidelines to maintain standard RWJF teminology, style and language usage.

Quick Reference Guide to Recommended Style for RWJF Publications

The Quick Reference Guide is a convenient resource updated with some new and revised key entries.

Record Retention

Records to be retained by your organization

Maintain all records including those listed below for the life of the program.  Follow your organization's record retention guidance for these records when your program closes.

Records to be submitted to RWJF

All materials sent to the Foundation should be clearly marked with the grant ID number (if submitted outside of Grantee Hub).

Ongoing Basis
End of Program

At the end of your program, the only records needed by the Foundation are those displayed in the "End of Program" list above. In other words, there should not be a backlog of records at the end of your program to submit to the Foundation.
