Alexis D. Levy is a communications associate with the Foundation’s Disparities Team, which focuses on reducing racial and ethnic health care disparities; and the Quality Team, which focuses on improving the quality of care received by people with chronic conditions in outpatient settings.
Prior to joining the Foundation in July 2005, she directed public policy and communications activities and initiatives for the New Jersey chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. Previously, she served as special assistant to the chief of staff for Acting Governor Donald T. DiFrancesco, and also served as a member of both his communications and intergovernmental affairs staff. Additionally, she served as a member of the intergovernmental affairs staff for Governor Christine Todd Whitman.
Levy holds a B.S. in natural resource management from Rutgers University.
