Bianca Freda joined the Foundation in April 2008 as a program associate on the Quality/Equality Team. Her work focuses on supporting the team’s Regional Quality Strategy to help targeted communities across the United States improve and sustain high quality, patient-centered, equitable care by 2015.
Prior to joining RWJF, Freda worked for the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services as a research assistant in the Center for Health Statistics. She also has served in a variety of health care marketing, medical education, and program management positions at Johnson & Johnson and Bristol-Myers Squibb.
Freda received a B.A. in molecular biology and genetics from Princeton University and is completing a certificate in public health at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She is also a member of the New Jersey Society for Public Health Education.
Originally from Princeton, Freda currently resides in Hoboken, N.J.
