Expecting Success: Excellence in Cardiac Care, funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, improved quality of inpatient cardiac care while helping to reduce racial, ethnic and language disparities. Ten hospitals with racially and ethnically diverse patients worked together for three years to study and improve the quality and equity of care they provided. This video highlights the Expecting Success program and the success hospitals achieved in improving the care provided to their heart failure and heart attack patients.
