Aligning Forces for Quality
Aligning Forces for Quality (AF4Q) is our signature effort to lift the overall quality of health care in targeted communities, reduce racial and ethnic disparities and provide models for national reform.
The national program office (NPO) at George Washington University manages the AF4Q initiative and directs a majority of the expert assistance and strategic support provided to the AF4Q communities.
