A toolkit which provides Tobacco Policy Change grantees with the skills and strategies to develop and implement a fundraising plan geared towards a variety of fund sources. The toolkit offers overarching guidelines and approaches to fundraising to aid grantees in sustainability and in securing resources that can be applied as match to the Tobacco Policy Change program.
