By creating a link to any of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation's (the "Foundation") Web sites, you agree to be bound by the terms stated in this Web Site Link Agreement. The Foundation reserves the right to change these conditions at any time without prior notice, and compliance with such revised terms is a prerequisite to your continued right to link to the Foundation's Web sites.

1. When linking to the Foundation's Web sites:

(a) Unless you have a written license agreement with the Foundation granting you permission to use the Foundation's logo as a link, you must use hypertext only and it must be in the following form: "Robert Wood Johnson Foundation".

(b) You may not create a frame around the information provided from the Foundation's Web sites or present it in any way other than it is presented on the Foundation's Web sites.

2. The posting of a link from your Web site to the Foundation's Web sites is not an endorsement by the Foundation of you, your viewpoints or any of the products or services that you or your organization may provide, and, when linking to the Foundation's Web sites, you may not state or imply that the Foundation is endorsing you, your viewpoints or any of the products or services that you or your organization may provide. Additionally, you may not represent that you or your organization has a relationship with the Foundation or any of the events, products or services that the Foundation provides unless that relationship is the subject of a written agreement that has been signed by the Foundation.

3. By linking to the Foundation's Web sites, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

(a) You shall not use any portion of the content of the Foundation's Web sites to carry on propaganda or otherwise attempt to influence legislation within the meaning of Section 4945(d)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code.

(b) The Foundation assumes no liability or responsibility whatsoever for any content of any Web site that is linked to the Foundation's Web sites.

(c) The Foundation reserves the right to terminate any links to the Foundation's Web sites as it deems necessary, with or without cause or warning. If the Foundation chooses to exercise this right, you will be required to remove your link to the Foundation's Web sites immediately.
