Program Result Report
Health Careers Center, an affiliate of the Greater New York Hospital Association, developed a program to offset an anticipated shortage of health care workers in New York City in the early 1990s.
Grantee
The LEAP project identified 30 primary care practices that use health professionals and other staff in ways that maximize access to their services, so these workforce models can be replicated and adopted more widely.
