This study explores the Awakening and Breathing Coordination, Delirium Monitoring and Management, and Early Mobility (ABCDE) bundle, an approach to managing ICU-acquired delirium and weakness by improving communication among ICU team members, standardizing care processes, and breaking over-sedation and prolonged mechanical ventilations cycle.
