To develop a leadership program for Medicaid directors designed to cultivate the skills necessary to resolve health care challenges facing states and the nation.

Maximizing Enrollment: Transforming State Health Coverage

To increase health insurance coverage of eligible but uninsured children in Medicaid and the Children's Health Insurance Program by helping states improve their policies and procedures and to measure the impact of these changes.

Managing Pediatric Asthma: Emergency Department Demonstration Program
