Nurse Practitioners Can Expand Roles in Collaborative Care Units

In the University Hospitals of Cleveland's Collaborative Care Unit, nurse practitioners manage the delivery of care and clinical decision-making. This project examined the impact of the collaborative care model on costs and quality of care at the hospital using a randomized controlled trial over a two-year period.

Cross-Systems Financing Project Learning Community Creates Care Integration in Five Sites

The Technical Assistance Collaborative established and guided a "learning community" in which participants developed strategies to integrate funding for and improve access to mental health and substance abuse services in their states and counties.
