The Primary Care Team: LEAP Project

Grantee

The LEAP project identified 30 primary care practices that use health professionals and other staff in ways that maximize access to their services, so these workforce models can be replicated and adopted more widely.

Public Health Nursing

Grantee

RWJF established the Future of Public Health Nursing initiative to identify and implement strategies to increase the skills and ability of public health nurses to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing health and health care environment.

Human Capital

We prepare health professionals for leadership, support scholars in their research, and promote diversity in order to build a skilled health care workforce ready to address the health, cost and quality challenges facing the nation.
