Novel, even radical proposals stimulate new thinking and dialogue around "endgame" strategies for tobacco prevention and control.
Although tobacco use has decreased, it is the leading cause of death in the United States. Implementing a combination of policy changes including clean indoor air laws, higher per-pack taxes, and cessation efforts are proven to reduce tobacco use and exposure to secondhand smoke.
