What's the price of health care? Often we don't know until the bill arrives, and even then prices vary wildly depending on geography and who's paying. RWJF recognizes that accurate, widely available data on prices is essential to creating an efficient health care marketplace. See our work on the issue below.

RWJF's Hospital Price Transparency Challenge asked contestants to create graphics or interactives to visualize data released by the federal government in May 2013 on the prices hospitals charge.
