Systematic Study of Local Adaptations

Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Thought Leaders Forum

RWJF Headquarters Building--conference room

On February 20, 2014, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation convened a meeting of experts in the fields of behavioral science and medical research, program evaluation and philanthropy to discuss potential approaches to studying local adaptations of evidence-based and evidence-informed interventions.

This paper presents the key points made at the meeting. As the meeting was designed to be a forum for discussion, these key points do not represent consensus; rather, they reflect the concepts that generated the greatest interest and most seemed to warrant further exploration.
