Mortgage Delinquency and Changes in Access to Health Resources and Depressive Symptoms in a Nationally Representative Cohort of Americans Older Than 50 Years

Using data from the Health and Retirement Study, a longitudinal survey representative of U.S. adults older than 50 years, researchers evaluated associations between mortgage delinquency and changes in health and health-relevant resources over two years (between 2006 and 2008).

While this study was not directly funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF), it is the result of former RWJF scholars’ work on this topic and has been made available as an additional resource.
