The conference, co–sponsored by the Wharton School's Center for Human Resources and Center for Leadership and Change Management, is an annual one-day event. This year's theme was Leading in a Reset Economy and Uncertain World; the event explored the personal, organization, and cultural models required for leading in the "new normal" and increasingly global world. Lavizzo-Mourey's remarks focused on her experience with and views of leadership and leading from behind.
