Dockser Marcus is a reporter for the Wall Street Journal. She was awarded the 2005 Pulitzer Prize for Beat Reporting for her coverage of the challenges of living with cancer. Dockser Marcus did much of her research on patient-driven drug development for orphan diseases after receiving an Investigator Award in Health Policy Research from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
