Duke Institute Publishes Electronic Guide on End-of-Life Issues for African-American Patients, Families and Communities
Production and publication of key topics related to the care of African-Americans at life's end
A project team at the Duke Institute on Care at the End of Life at Duke University Divinity School in Durham, N.C., commissioned a series of papers on topics concerning end-of-life care for African Americans. The team published the papers in an electronic book, Key Topics on End-of-Life Care for African Americans, posted on the institute's website.
The project was funded under the Targeted End-of-Life Projects Initiative, through which the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) advanced its strategy to improve care at the end of life.
