Partnering with Schools and Providers to Expand Health Insurance Coverage to Low-Income Families
Covering Kids & Families (CKF) grantees partner with a variety of locally-based institutions to increase enrollment through outreach. In a time of dwindling resources and budget cutbacks, partnerships become especially important as CKF projects struggle to develop cost-effective and efficient ways of enrolling families into public health insurance programs.
This report describes, in detail, the types of outreach activities grantees have pursued with two of CKF's most prominent partners, schools and providers.
