From 1993 to 1996, staff at Adult Care of Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania increased the size of its facility, hired new staff, and initiated new marketing efforts in order to increase both the level and quality of services for dementia sufferers.
The project was part of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) Partners in Caregiving: The Dementia Services Program national program.
