Health care seminars for business leaders

From 1996 to 1999, the National Leadership Coalition on Health Care (formerly the National Leadership Coalition on Health Care) conducted seminars in six cities.

Focusing on businesses' role in the health care system, the seminars sought to educate employers about managed care and its impact on health care delivery and costs.

The National Leadership Coalition on Health Care, based in Washington, is a nonpartisan alliance of more than 90 businesses and nonprofit organizations, including 18 Fortune 500 companies, the AFL-CIO, health care organizations and religious groups.
