The Clinical Scholars program is for collaborative, curious health care professionals from a wide range of fields and practices. Apply as interprofessional and interdisciplinary teams of two to five members. Applicants must have:

• Received a clinical license in their chosen health profession.
• Completed all required clinical training five or more years prior to program launch.
• At least one team member with a terminal degree in their chosen profession.
• Gained substantial community-focused research or program experience.

• Attend up to two Clinical Scholars in-person meetings (five days each) per year, with up to two optional onsite training sessions (two to three days) during the course of the fellowship (travel funded by the program).
• Annual fellowship of $35,000 per award recipient.
