Technical assistance and direction for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Local Funding Partnerships program

The Foundation's program, Local Funding Partnerships, was designed to continue a matching grants program to establish partnerships between RWJF and local grant makers in support of innovative, community-based projects that improve health and health care for vulnerable populations.This grant supports technical assistance and monitoring of 60 active grants, planning and implementation of a final program meeting, and knowledge building and sharing (papers, presentations) from a 20-year grant program. More than 1,000 private, corporate and public funding partners have participated in the Local Funding Partnerships Program, which is directed by Pauline M. Seitz at Health Research & Educational Trust of New Jersey
