Technical assistance and direction for RWJF's New Jersey Health Initiatives program
The Foundation's program, New Jersey Health Initiatives, was designed to support projects in New Jersey that develop new approaches to resolving the state's health care needs, focusing on the Foundation's goal areas.This grant provides funding for the Institute for Health, Health Care Policy and Aging Research, at Rutgers University, to provide a second year of supplemental support to the existing Program Office of the New Jersey Health Initiatives. This supplement will support the continued development, implementation and management of the "Young Men at Risk" special set of grantees and expanded services for the "Young Men at Risk" grantees and the new initiative for the "Capacity Building for Minority Lead Agencies" program to be launched this year.
