Evaluating Off the Streets, a program to help women sex workers in Ohio
This project will evaluate the Off the Streets program, which is funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Local Funding Partnership initiative, to empower prostituted women to move toward community reintegration and recovery. The project will use process and outcome evaluation to ascertain: (1) Off the Streets' program objectives and its ability to meet those objectives; (2) stakeholder experiences with the program; (3) client characteristics, services provided to clients, and what measurable changes exist for clients; and (4) program strengths and limitations. The contractor will collect quantitative and qualitative data via interviews with key stakeholders and focus groups comprising key stakeholders. Deliverables will include a white paper, final report and logic model that will be developed based on the various goals of the evaluation.
