The Foundation's initiative, Wisdom at Work: Retaining Experienced Nurses, was designed to build an evidence base for what works to retain experienced nurses and develop a better understanding of the impact of these interventions.Although this initiative will be internally managed by RWJF staff, under this program contract, the Lewin Group will assist the staff with proposal review, evaluation coordination, monthly conference calls, web-based data collection, technical assistance, data analysis, identification of new best practices, cost savings projections, program convenings, final report production, and manuscript development.
