Technical assistance and direction for RWJF's Injury Free Coalition for Kids program

The Foundation's program, Injury Free Coalition for Kids: Dissemination of a Model Injury Prevention Program for Children and Adolescents, was designed to reduce and prevent injuries to children through a hospital-based, research-driven model, implemented in partnership with coalitions of community stakeholders. This grant supports the Injury Free Coalition for Kids (IFCK) Center within The Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University to continue to serve as the primary contact point for all inquiries about the Injury Free Coalition for Kids. The Center has developed a roster of staff and IFCK members who are available to provide technical assistance to sites on program development, evaluation, coalition building, communications, and media. This grant provides continued support for this effort.
