Planning support for a collaborative effort to revise and evaluate the DARE Middle School Program
This grant supports a seven-month planning phase during which prevention researchers, curriculum experts and DARE officials will revise the DARE middle school and high school curricula programs and then design an evaluation to determine the effectiveness of the new programs. DARE is the nation's most implemented school-based drug prevention program, reaching an estimated 25 million children in 75 percent of the school districts across the country.
