Assessing the efficacy of self management strategies

The purpose of this project is to assess the strength and level of evidence regarding the effectiveness of the adoption of self-care products and self-management strategies in a clinical or population setting. The investigators will conduct an environmental scan and a literature review to assess research findings regarding the benefits of self-care products and self-management strategies and to examine the circumstances within which each of these two techniques is most and least effective in meeting its goals.
