Promoting health and preventing substance abuse through student written and performed theatrical presentations

Instructors will train students in interview techniques, play writing, and performance skills; and assist them in creating a play highlighting the debilitating effects of violence and substance abuse. The plays are expected to increase awareness of the problem as well as build self esteem in the participants.
