Continuation of a media campaign to reduce demand for illegal drugs
This grant provides continued support for an ongoing national communications campaign to reduce the demand for illegal drugs. Continued funding for the Partnership for a Drug-Free America supports communications strategies to: (1) increase the message delivery to key strategic audiences, including pre-teens, teens, and inner-city at-risk youth, parents, employers, and other key influencers; (2) increase the saliency of illegal drugs with the media; (3) increase communications to the community level; (4) further develop the New York and Los Angeles City Alliance Program; and (5) expand media communications to other primary areas of demand reduction.
