Technical assistance and direction for RWJF's Tobacco Policy Research and Evaluation Program

The Foundation's Tobacco Policy Research and Evaluation Program was designed to provide support for research and evaluation projects that will produce policy relevant information about ways to reduce tobacco use in the U.S., especially among children and youth.This grant provides continued technical assistance and direction support for the Foundation's Tobacco Policy Research and Evaluation Program. In January 1992, funding of up to $5 million over a four-year period was authorized for a program of research to reduce tobacco use in this county.
