The Foundation's Program to Strengthen Primary Care Health Centers is aimed at improving the small health center's overall management and stability.This grant provides support for technical assistance and direction for this program and the Primary Health Center Management Program. The principal objectives of the project are: (1) to continue providing technical assistance and monitoring the progress for the original Primary Health Care Management Program (21 grantees); and (2) to provide technical assistance, direction and monitoring to the new implementation grants to 20 centers which will be selected in the second phase of the Program. Centers selected under this program will receive in-depth financial and management audits, also supported under this grant. NACHC will also oversee the contract with the CRG Marketing Group to work with four large community health centers. NACHC will conduct an annual meeting of both programs and interact with the evaluation that will be given to both programs.
