Dental Services Research Scholars Program - Daniel A. Shugars, D.D.S.,Ph.D.

The Foundation's Dental Services Research Scholars Program was designed to enable dental faculty committed to academic careers to acquire research skills to study the financing, organization, and delivery of dental health services in the U.S.This grant funds stipend and benefit support for Daniel A. Shugars, DDS, PhD, for his two-year participation in the Dental Services Research Scholars Program at the UCLA training site. The Program was approved in July 1982 for three rounds of five annual appointments for a total of 15. It was renewed for three additional rounds in July 1985.
