They explain the problem addressed; the activities undertaken; the results or findings from the work; lessons for the field; any post-grant activities—by the grantee or RWJF—and they include a bibliography of material produced during the project or program.

For 25 years, Local Funding Partnerships supported innovations in community health that helped redefine health and health care in America. It was the first RWJF program to fund health solutions coming directly from local communities.
From 2007 to 2012, the CDC implemented the DELTA PREP project to prepare 19 domestic violence coalitions to address primary prevention of intimate partner violence.
Health Games Research supported 21 studies to discover evidence-based game design principles that could improve the effectiveness of health games. Grantees tested behavior-change strategies with diverse groups, technologies, topics, and outcomes.
